As Catering Supplies & Repairs Ltd is expanding, we have a very exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator within our small team.
Daily jobs will involve
- Producing quotations on the back of Planned Preventative Maintenances (PPMS)
- Ordering parts
- Monthly reporting on the due PPMS and co-ordinating these with the customers directly
- Co-ordinate the engineers to ensure PPMS are attended on time
- Ensuring the customer portals are kept up to date with relevant updates and job information
- Answering calls and emails to give a good standard of customer service
This role is very hands on therefore, we would be looking for a well organised individual with excellent customer service skills and will have ideally have worked with field engineers previously.
