We have invested in a fleet of brand-new vans for our engineers. This has been well received as reliable vehicles allow the engineers to attend jobs throughout the country delivering our first-class service in comfort with the knowledge that their vans are fully equipped with as much stock as possible resulting in more first-time fixes. Each van is fitted with a tracker which allows the office-based staff to allocate any new jobs quickly with just a glance at the system.
